Microsoft To-Do Setup
Openza Tasks uses Microsoft’s OAuth 2.0 to securely connect to your Microsoft To-Do account.
Setup Process

Launch Openza Tasks and click “Connect with Microsoft” on the login screen

Sign in to Microsoft
A browser window will open for Microsoft authentication

Grant Permissions
Openza Tasks requests access to:
- Read and write your tasks
- Access your task lists
- Read your profile information

Return to the App
After authorization, you’ll be redirected back with your tasks loaded

Troubleshooting
”Tenant Not Allowed” Error
This can occur with some organizational accounts. Contact your IT administrator to allow third-party app access.
Token Refresh Issues
If you’re frequently being logged out:
- Disconnect your account in Settings
- Clear any cached data
- Reconnect your Microsoft account
