Todoist Setup
Openza Tasks connects to Todoist using your personal API token.
Get Your API Token

Log in to Todoist at todoist.com

Open Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select “Settings”

Navigate to Integrations
Go to “Integrations” → “Developer”

Copy Your API Token
Your API token is displayed at the top. Click to copy it.
Connect in Openza Tasks

Open Settings in Openza Tasks
-
Select Todoist from the sidebar

Enter Your API Token
Paste the token you copied from Todoist

Click Connect
Your tasks will begin syncing automatically
What Syncs
When connected to Todoist, the following items are synced:

Troubleshooting
”Invalid API Token” Error
If you see this error:
- Verify you copied the complete token
- Regenerate the token in Todoist settings
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
Tasks Not Syncing
- Check your internet connection
- Click the Sync button in the navigation rail to sync manually
- Verify your API token is still valid in Todoist settings
